Reviews
The record outlasts the job.Your file, or the network.
After the job end date, both companies are asked to review each other: ten categories, a yes or no on whether you would work together again, and written comments if you have them.
Keep the review internal, OR make it public so the scores feed Market Reviews that other companies on KNTRCTR can see. Separately, Share this review with the company you just worked with, or do not.
Written comments are never published with public scores. Double-blind until both sides submit. Then the record is locked. Invited bidding stays free.
Your call
Keep it internal.Share it. Or publish the scores.
Nothing is public unless you mark it public. Leave both boxes off and the review stays with your company. Make this review public puts the scores on Market Reviews. Share this review with the company lets them read what you wrote, once both sides are in. You can do one, both, or neither. Internal reviews still sit on your next bid as Your Reviews.
- Internal: your team only. Still on Your Reviews the next time they bid you.
- Public: scores feed the network average. Comments stay off the public score.
- Shared: the counterpart can read the written review after both submit. Not the same as public.

On the bid
The scores sit on the bid.So do the past jobs.
Open a bid and the collapsed card already carries Market Reviews and Your Reviews. Show Bidders Past Work is on that same card. It opens Jobs We've Done Together: jobs you awarded this company, with the review you wrote on each of those jobs. A company who has never hired them still gets the market number. They do not get your comments.
- Market Reviews and Your Reviews sit on the collapsed bid, before anyone opens Show Bid Details.
- Show Bidders Past Work opens jobs you have done together. Each job still carries the review you wrote.
- Internal reviews stay on Your Reviews and on those past jobs. They do not feed Market Reviews unless you marked them public.

The lock
Neither side sees it first. Then it stays put.
Double-blind until both companies submit. That stops a retaliatory rewrite. You can still edit until both are in, or until 90 days from the review request. After that the review is locked. If both sides agree it should change, KNTRCTR support can unlock it.
- Waiting on the other side is the point. You cannot see theirs until yours is in too.
- Lock is either both submitted, or 90 days from the request.
- A dispute after lock is not a public argument. Both companies have to agree to reopen it.

Straight answers
Reviews, in plain words.
What is the difference between Your Reviews and Market Reviews?
Your Reviews are the reviews your company wrote, and they stay on your bids even if you keep them internal. Market Reviews are published scores from the KNTRCTR network. Other primes see Market Reviews. They do not see your internal file.
Can I see past jobs and their reviews on the bid?
Yes. The collapsed bid on the Bids tab shows Market Reviews and Your Reviews. Show Bidders Past Work opens Jobs We've Done Together: jobs you awarded that company, and the review you wrote on each of those jobs.
Can I keep a subcontractor review private?
Yes. Leave Make this review public off and it stays internal to your company. It still appears as Your Reviews the next time that company bids you. Make this review public feeds their Market Reviews average. Share this review with them is a separate checkbox.
Are KNTRCTR reviews double-blind?
Yes. Neither company can see the other review until both have submitted. That keeps the first review honest.
Can a review be changed or disputed after it is locked?
You can edit until both parties submit, or until 90 days pass from the review request, whichever comes first. After lock, both companies have to agree. KNTRCTR support can then unlock it for editing.

Write it once.Read it at the next bid.
Keep the review in your company, share it with the sub, or put the scores on the network. The job still awards the way you award. The name on the next bid is no longer a memory.
